Enough can’t be said about this home. We all had a great time. Everything you could want or need is on property. Melissa was quick to respond. Everyone was impressed with the space and all of the amenities. We’ll definitely check availability next time we’re in the area!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you plan on visiting the Bourbon Trail like my family and I did. The house was clean and well maintained and is definitely one of the top places I have stayed at. Will definitely look to book again if we come back to the area.

Great place and great location. We loved the bar in the outbuilding with the fun games to keep us entertained. The host is very nice and is very proactive for adding the bar, corn hole, axe throwing game, record player, and the outdoor lounge area. ,

This is my third time staying here and would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Bardstown area. As usual, everything was well maintained and super clean. The amenities are great throughout the entire house and the location to get around the area is perfect. We will be back again!!

We loved Melissa's place as basecamp for all things Bardstown and the surrounding Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The house is really nice. Kitchen, main living area and the bathrooms easily elevate a stay on the KBT. We were there in winter so did not use the outdoor spaces but the patio and firepit looked like a must in the evenings when warm. The location is good just outside of the more busy downtown and easy access to the Bardstown distilleries and well as a few other main distilleries (i.e., Maker's Mark and Jim Beam) that are 20-30 min away. I wouldn't miss either. Don't sleep on Lux Row Distillers if you don't know them. They did a great tour and then tasting in their old stone house. Make sure you fit in The Bar at Willet for some small plates and cocktails. In summary, we would definitely stay here again. Next time we will come back with another couple as their are two sizeable main bedrooms.

The place was fantastic! When rough weather hit, Melissa proactively reached out to share insight on what to expect locally. She also offered to work with us if stuff had to be rescheduled. The home was just perfect and we will definitely be back!

Bourbon Blue was an excellent choice for our multi-generational family (grandparents, parents and four children (ages 2-12). The house layout was perfect for our needs, and having bedrooms with king beds on both floors gave all of us our preferred room and privacy (plus TVs in every bedroom and the living room!). The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is excellent. The kitchen and bar area downstairs are very well equipped. We loved having a Keurig coffee maker and large crock pot, and it was a very thoughtful touch to have a bin of non-breakable dishes for the young ones. The house is immaculate and we loved the comfy sofa and huge TV on the main floor. The house manual detailed all of the information we needed both before we arrived and once we were on-site. Melissa is an excellent host and responded within minutes to questions I asked. Our family made wonderful memories at Bourbon Blue and I highly recommend it. Definitely an A+++ property and owner!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as perfect as the first! This truly is one of the best BnB’s we’ve ever visited. From comfort and cleanliness to the close distance to Bardstown’s, many distilleries and restaurants galore. I can’t speak only on the house because Melissa deserves so much praise. She is the most courteous hosts we’ve encountered in our many years of traveling. The home is so well stocked & maintained..she has thought of absolutely everything one may need while traveling. We always feel completely at home here and it will be the place we return to for many years to come! If you’re looking for a Bourbon Trail destination or just a stop along the way- Melissa’s place will outdo the rest!
